Alison Arnold is an editor and writer who spent many years in-house before going freelance. She has edited many bestsellers and award-winners in her seventeen-year career, including Carole Wilkinson’s Dragonkeeper, Raimond Gaita’s After Romulus, and Graeme Simsion’s The Rosie Project. She loves editing books for young adults, and has worked with Leanne Hall (This Is Shyness), Sally Rippin (Angel Creek), Paula Weston (the Rephaim series), among many others. She and Cath Crowley run workshops for writers across the country as Word House. She is a helper of writers, a polisher of words, a lover of story, and a safe but incisive pair of hands.
