The first of Dorothy Johnston’s sea-change mysteries, Through A Camel’s Eye, was published in April 2016. The second in the series, and Johnston’s eleventh novel, is due for publication in September. Johnston has also written a quartet of mysteries set in Canberra. The first of these, The Trojan Dog, was joint winner ACT Book of the Year. Two of Johnston’s literary novels, One for the Master and Ruth have been shortlisted for the Miles Franklin award. She has published many short stories and essays in Australia’s newspapers and journals and she reviews fiction for Fairfaxmedia.
